Whether these are manual orders keyed in from an email or call or online orders received directly via FTP our system will take this information, store and report back. This management information can take the form of order profiles, customer profiles, product profiles, in fact almost anything our Clients request.
This data can then be used pro-actively in the the form of mailings, e-mailings or other promotions. CDL can capture information through our own Call Centre of integrate with a 3rd party contact centre provider if required.
